First of all,my entry will be a long one...
So bear with me...
Have not been updating for a while...
Been pre-occupied with loads of things...
And my brains been overloaded with too many unnecessary things...
Anyway,I shall not go into that...
I was blog hoping the other day and it really make me wonder...
Why do people judge others by the way they look??
Ok ok...I tend to do that too...
Especially first impressions...
My close friends always say that their first impression
of me is that I'm a stuck up snob who's
face needs serious beating...
Hahaha...
Really...
I get it a lot...
But when they get to know me, they realise that,
"Hey..She's not as bad as I thought.."
Mr Lokman will be going like "yeah rite..not as bad..."
I know I tend to be a pain in e butt...
But who isn't...
Anyway back to what I was saying...
I think that making first impression is really important...
Especially in our kinda conservative culture...
I really pity those who did a mistake by having tattoos all over them...
Don't get me wrong..
I'm not saying that it is acceptable...
In our culture and religion,its definatly not...
However,those who actually have them,may simply like them
as a form of art...
But instead of having the art on canvas,they just put it on their body...
But if these people go for job interviews and stuff,they will
definately get those bad looks from others...
And they'll probably not get the job even if their education
is higher than the one who actually get it...
I just feel that we really need to change the way we look at things...
Don't simply jump to conclusions...
There's another thing that makes me
wonder about Singaporean...
We don't appreciate what we have...
We all keep whining saying that Singapore's
boring,dull and etc,etc,etc....
I'm not being patriotic here but its true...
There's a lot of things that we can do here...
We just need to learn to explore...
Look for something different to do...
Just open your eyes wide and you'll be
surprise with what you find..
Why I feel this way???
Because I learn that
the pasture is not always greener on the other side...
One trip to Bangkok made me realise this...
We are so priviledge to have what we have...
We do not have natural disasters,riots,unstable government...
We ought to be thankful for that...
I witness with my own eyes,
people begging at others feet...
Begging for what little they may get...
So please,quit whinning and be thankful....
My rather long entry seems to not make any sense...
But Like I say earlier,my brains overloaded...
So I tend to talk things that do not make sense...
