Back from work...
How was my day???
It was fairly ok to me...
Started at 8 till 2...
I was super busy from the time I start work...
A customer went to the drive-thru ...
The person delivering the order gave the wrong product to the customer...
So I had to deliver the correct one to her...
Luckily she stays very close by...
By the taxi meter,it was only $5.10 to and fro...
However it cost a total of $11.10...
Peak hours and the booking fee....
So you can imagine how close she stays....
Even the taxi driver was surprise that we have such service...
Hehehe....
Anyway, there was 3 large order just now...
One at 11.15am,11.30am and 12.45 pm...
The group that came in at 11.15am was a walk-in customer...
Luckily she ordered 1st so that it does not create a catastrophe in the kitchen...
It was not a difficult order and the customer was a very nice lady....
The one at 11.30 was a bit irritating....
I was delivering the order to the function room for them...
And this particular lady keep pestering me about her order not being there...
I have already told her that not all the order was send in yet...
(I wanted to say that"Sorry Mam,but I only have a pair of legs and a pair of hand to handle all this...But I didnt...Manage to curb maself from doing it....Imagine if I did...Hehehe)
She acted as if she had not had fast food before that she have to act so greedily...
Not only did her child have not gotten the order..Other children too have not gotten theirs...
She told me that she ordered with the teacher a Diet coke...
But the teacher didnt order any..So I took 1 coke and change it for her...
This is for all you guys out there...
It does not matter if you order coke or diet coke...It taste the same....
Only that Diet coke is much more gassy...
And if you tell me you order it as you are watching your weight,
bad news for you,it ain't going no where honey...
Back to the customer...
I just ignored her and just liase with the teacher that ordered the food...
The customer at 12.45pm was another story...
She wanted us to sponsor the free Orange Cordial drinks for the kids...
But she wanted it in the kids cup....
Ok fine...I sorted it out...
She also ordered some food...
And it will be a take out order...
Alright..That was settled...
But she came at 12.20pm...
She came and say that we promised her seating area for the children...
I did not take the order so I didnt know what the agreement was...
But from what I know all the orders will be a take out order....
So I asked my manager that liase with her that she was really too much...
It was good enough that we gave her the free drinks...
And we did not agree to reserve seating for her and her group...
But why is she putting words into our mouth and claim things that we did not agree upon...
It was really too much...Too too much....
Since my manager was the one who handled her order,he liase and settle everything with her...
I asked my manager and all he said was
"Its ok lah...Must always deliver what customer wants right..."
I wanted to say
"Ya..Deliver what customer wants...If they ask you to jump down,you will do that too??"
I didnt proceed further with it, as everything was already settled by then...
This kind of SINGAPOREAN will always exist...
I am proud to be one but when these people appear and give us a bad name,
I don't want to be associated with them....
Just because the company care about the customer's well-being,
it does not mean that you can take advantage of us....
We too,are humans...
Would you like it if you were treated like that???
My whole day was fine...Full of laughter and joke with my collegues....
Eventhough there was a shortage of manpower,everyone pulled through....
And we had fun at the same time....
I was all smiles throughout the day...
Although I dealt with difficult people...
I hope tomorrow is another fun day...

Not working today...So what did I do the whole day???

Ok..Well you guys get the idea right....
While I was channel surfing,I came across the
Miss USA 2007 Pagent....
How was is???
It was fine...The contestant was very pretty...
Unlike the local ones...(No offence)
I did not watch the whole pagent as it was getting bored...
What???Bored watching a pagent???
Ya..It was getting bored as I knew how the show was gonna end...
But just that I didnt know who the winner was.....
Quite frankly,it does not make any difference who it was....
As everyone in the top 10 was gorgeous...
They are...Really...
Tomorrow working at 8...
A lot of things need to be done for the coming
Red PEA event....Seems like some parents are not intrested in it...
Untill I say that it was free,then they want to register the child...
What an attitute....Haiz....
Just left to look for the participants and we are done...
It is the easiest part but yet it is also difficult...
As it is the school vacation,everyone may already have plans...
Whatever it is,I hope the event will be much successful then the previous one....

Hey everyone...It's update time from Butterfly Princess....
Yesterday at work was full of laughter and jokes....
Was working from 8am till 4.30 pm...A full shift...
Like I say it was fun at work as in the morning it was full of
customers that came with their family...Children running around...
Cute too I must add...Hehehe....
Feel like pinching their cheek...Evil,evil Butterfly Princess...
There was this particular little girl that really caught my eye...
Her mummy was pregnant so the maid was with her
the whole time...I chat with her a bit and she is such
a bundle of joy...Only 2 yrs old and she can really win anyones heart that she meet...
She asked me if she could have a balloon but since the crew room
was under renovation,there was no way for us to go in to blow the balloons...
Pity her but the mummy don't mind as she find it a hassle...
But the little abgel just said to me "It' ok jia jia..."
Then the maid try to like make her feel better and say
"Next time we come early for the balloons,ok.."
The little angel replied " Ya..Next time ask mummy to come earlier for balloons..."
She just make me smile....To think that they will scream and throw tantrums without the balloons...She really is a sweetheart....
That's all for now...Wanna catch my favorite tatooing show...

Alright everyone....Butterfly Princess is back to update...
Royal Highness,King Ayah just told all of us that next weekend
we are going to Melacca to visit Granny...YEAH!!!!
But the sickest part is that my bro's fiancee might be following us....
Haiz...I really don't get it why Ayah ask her along...
This is a family trip...She's not part of the family yet,so why must she follow....
Anyway if she really do tag along,I'm not going to bother her....
I'm so looking forward to the trip...Don't know if I might do some shopping...
Praying that I will....Hehehehe......
Nothing much to update frankly cos I'm just bored at home....
But I am enjoying it cos I get to watch my favorite Malaysian Serial at 11am....
Hehehe....
The shows about greed...The father died leaving a lot of wealth...
Before the dad die,he wrote a final will and leaving half of the wealth to this another person...
The son and the rich man's second wife was not happy when they found out...
The son married to this particular girl as it turns out that she was the daughter to
the lady who got half of the wealth...Bcos the lady died,her daughter is the next in line to heir it...
(Confusing right???I know....Hehehe...)
So the son got married to the young lady,so that he could get back half of the wealth....
After marriage,the husband tricked the wife into signing a contract to let him to her wealth...
Soon after the wife found out,she wanted a divorce but the husband didnt want it...
And the story goes on...
Hehehe....
See what people would do for money....Haiz....
People and greed...It will never end....

Butterfly Princess is back to update...Okie okie...Let see what I shall update about today...Oh ya...I went to the Gala Premier to Shrek 3 last Tuesday...It was ok..Hillarious like any Shrek movies...Justin Timberlake's character a bit geeky n funny at the same time...It was a fun night..Drew face and arm painting on the guests...There was a lot of a celebrities there...From contestants from Singapore Idol 2 to other big stars...It was super cool painting their arms or hand or face...I had a Princess Fiona on my arms...Its super nice....I find the short quite short compared to the previous ones...Reached home late and The Royal Highness,Mother Queen Bonda made so much noise...Hehehe...I didnt plan to go home late...Tha show ended at 11pm...What can I do right....
Yesterday was hectic for me as I was running around...
Morning send Mother Queen Bonda to her regular health check-up at
Choa Chu Kang Polyclinic....
Then bro,who also went to consult at the Polyclinic,suggest to go
Bukit Panjang Plaza to walk around...
After that,went home and got ready for my interview
at Ngee Ann City....
After that met Kak Lynn to go for Kak Siti aka Miss Nari
final year exhibition at Pahang Street.....
Went to the Exhibition with Mak Engku(Kak Lynn's mum aka Mama),sis and Aim....
I'm not art person so I don't really get some of the work...
But some of it is really nice though....
Reached home at 10 plus....
After wash up and a short chat with Hubby,I watched some TV with sis....
Fell asleep at the sofa half-way watching Miami Ink....
Anyway it was a re-run...
So didn't miss anything....Hehe...
Will be meeting Lokman and Hany later at Woodlands for coffee....

Good morning everyone...The Royal Highness,the Butterfly Princess is back to update...What have I been up to the last few days???Well was working last Fri but was sick on Sat so didnt work...Went to watch "Jangan Pandang Belakang"(dOn't look back) with Hubby last Sun...The show was fine...On a scale of 1-10,the scary scene would only be awarded a 4...The sound effect is definately good...
Some may find that it is not scary and say that it is a disappoinment but I beg to differ...This show is based on a true life account and it does not get any closer to the truth than it already is...It also has some lesson for us to bring home...
One - Do not play around with all these black magic
Two - Do not pick up anything,eg bottles,chains,when you are at the beach
Three - Do not open any closed or corked bottles when you found it at the beach
Four - Pray and remember HIM cos when you do,HE will remember you too
Five and this is very very useful and important


JANGAN PANDANG BELAKANG!!!!

The first three advice of lesson from the movie is definately true.I guess I enjoyed the movie as I have seen exorcism being done first-hand...Scary la,that's for sure and people really do experience these supernatural things as they are around you...

After the movie,I had my long awaited cinnamon-sugar pretzel from Aunt Anne's...YUMMY!!!Shared with Hubby as I'm still kinda full from lunch and we went to the Fountain of Wealth...Call me a Singaporean but that was the first time I went to the Fountain of Wealth...Really...I've been to Suntec City millions of time but that was the first visit to the Fountain of Wealth...Hehehehe...Jakun(mountain tortise)...I know and I'm proud of that...HEHEHEE.....Took some pics and went to do a little window shopping at Suntec....Basically that was my Sunday....

Hey everyone...Your Royal Princess is back to update...Too lazy to update recently and furthermore there was nothing to update on...Last weekend was super busy for me...Had to go to IMM on Fri night as they were having a grand opening of their new look on Sat,so Fri,a few of us went down to do the deco and preparation..The restaurant manager of IMM is super cool...He's so nice and really helpful...While having dinner,I suddenly had a gastric attack...It was super painful ok...Had a hot drink to make it better and I still continued to do the deco...But as I carry on doing the deco,the pain keep becoming worst...I called Hubby to come earlier as I cant take it anymore...Reached home around 2.30am and had to be at IMM at 10 ok...Quickly showered and waited for Hubby's text when he got home...I guess he was speeding cos he reached home at around 2.45am...
Sat
Reached IMM at around 9.50am and went straight to the store...Big boss already there and I heard that the guys went back at 3 in the morning doing the deco...Crazy rite...Goodness...Frankly I don't think they got paid lah...The event went well and the Grand Opening was also in conjunction for the Mother's Day celebration the next day...Carnation was given out to the customers whose a mummy...It was super cool and it really is an eye opener...Kids in Singapore is becoming kiasu at such a young age I tell you...Just because it is free,I'm being surrounded by kids who wanted the carnation for their mummy,aunt,granny...You name,they have all of them in their mind...Try asking them to save up and buy it for them...No way,I tell you...Anyway after that went to collect the Mother's Day cake for the Royal Highness,Mother Queen Bonda...Hehehe...After that went back to store to do deco for the event on Sun...While doing,suddenly my phone rang and I saw bro's name on e IDD...Funny..How come he called..Then I answer and he said he was outside...True enough...He was outside the function room with his BIG GRIN....I went out and ask him what he was doing there and he said study with his friends but they were not there yet...So I ask him to sit in the function room first ah while waiting...Managed to do the deco half-way,thanks to Fiona,Vishal and Gouri,as there were too many customers and there was no way we could put it up without them complaining...Another Singaporeans favourite pastime...
Hubby fetch again as he would not be able to fetch on Sun...Hehehe...Hubby went to meet bro for a while and say "HI" to him...So tired when I reached home...Showered and sleep as I will be haiving a long day on Sun.

Day of the event...What event???RED PEA....What is RED PEA???Red-colour of the company and PEA-Play,Exercise,Art....The event was super super fun...But the preparation was a disaster...Everyone do not know what they are doing and I have to do it all..Luckily Fiona was there to keep me saint...Thanks gurl...The whole show was fun and I was the emcee and everyone said I did a good a job..**Grins** So they suggest that I open the show in Science Centre...I left the store without my belongings..Just my phone...Hehehe...Had a ride from my Big Boss...Hehehe...There were a few miscommunications and I stumbled a bit when I was at Science Centre bu the whole show was a success...I like it...When its time to go home,I was wondering,how to...No money..No Ez-link...How to go home???I called my restaurant manager and ask her to fetch me...Luckily she was still in store...Hehehe...Thanks boss...Saiful from Sun Plaza also got a lift as he could take 171 from my area...

What happen to the Mothere's Day cake you may ask...Well,when I reached home on Sat,the Royal Highness,Mother Queen Bonda was already asleep...So told sis,bro and the Royal Highness,King Ayah to cut it during breakfast on Sun as I could not be there...Hehehe....Did call Mother Queen Bonda and wished her Happy Mother's Day while at work and I made a dedication while I was on the way to work...Hehehe....

Hey..The Princess is back...Feeling kinda bored and frustrated...The TV just went *KAPUT* in the afternoon and now it cant be switched on...How am I going to watch "Hikmah"???!!!Oh dear...I was like looking forward to watching it since I was at work...Though I could relax and watch my favorite show...Looks like all of it is just not going to happen...So sad...Haiz...Wonder what I'll do now...
While at work just now,I was close to tears as I felt that I was always being pushed around by my managers...What do they think I am???Especially my restaurant manager...Everyone expect me to do this and that for them and I'm being paid peanuts...Haiz...What is going to happen to me???Wonder if I'm going to find a proper and much stable job than this...I'm just sick and tired of doing things for people when they are the ones that is suppose to do it....When I need help,no one is willing or wants to help...I came up with this phrase "If I help you with your job,who wants to help me with mine??" Ok it sounds a bit snobbish,selfish and arrogant but I'm running out of patience for these bunch of people...
Ok shall try to calm myself down....Relax princess...Relax...Some of you may have notice the new skin on my blog...Nice???Hehehe...I like it but it still needs a bit of twiging here and there to perfect it...I still have yet to put my "shout out" box...Should I put it???Cant make up my mine just yet...Well there's always email,MSN or text messages if you guys want to reach me right...
