Just got back from a wedding reception...

The reception was held at Yew Tee Community Centre...

Whose??

SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU TO FIZA AND ZUL...

She's Affie's cousin...

It was my first time meeting her but she was just so nice...

The wedding hall was stunning and the bride look so gorgeous...

Anyways,apologise to Hany and Mr Lokman...

Was suppose to meet them after the reception

but it ended kinda late..

Sorry dearies...

Will make it up with you guys..

Hany text me in the middle of the reception telling me

Lokman and her just had rojak at Clementi...

She did it on purpose as she knows I'm craving

for the rojak at Clementi badly...

Too bad it didn't tempt me at all...

Cos Hubby's bringing me for my long

awaited rojak tomorrow...

That dude has tagged me telling me to update...

I'm not having holiday and definately free time in hand is rare...

Hehehe...

Anyways,for those who take the train to and from work,

I need all of you to observe and tell me if its true,ok...

It's been close to 2 months that I take the train in the morning..

Cos previously I always take the bus as its easier...

Back to the observation...

Every morning,I will,without fail,make my observation

and notice this...

All the seats in the train will always be occupied by guys...

I'm not dissing anyone her nor am I being sexist...

But ya...Guys will be the one occupying the seats...

Out of 9 seats,only 3 will be occupied by ladies...

And when the ladies get up,the guys will be

the ones rushing for it...

Why do I do this???

Frankly,I dun even know...

I guess I like to look at people...

What conclusion do I come to???

Hmm....Guys are more tired in then the ladies???

Hehehe....

I really dun know...

But I really wonder if there any gentlemen out there...

While a guy rush for the seat,a lady might too...

And of cos the guy would "win"...

But what's the harm of giving it to the lady,you know...

As of now,I come to a conclusion that guys are only

a "gentlemen" when they are wooing girls,

and only be a gentlemen to that girl...

And it will wear off once they became an item...

Sorry for the reality check guys,but it is true....

Its just how I feel..

Could be wrong but I've yet to encounter an experience

that will change my view...

Anyone wanna do that????

Hehehe....

Ok la..That's all for now...

My eyes are becoming heavier by the minute...

Better hit the sheets before I drool all over the lappy....

First of all,my entry will be a long one...

So bear with me...

Have not been updating for a while...

Been pre-occupied with loads of things...

And my brains been overloaded with too many unnecessary things...

Anyway,I shall not go into that...

I was blog hoping the other day and it really make me wonder...

Why do people judge others by the way they look??

Ok ok...I tend to do that too...

Especially first impressions...

My close friends always say that their first impression

of me is that I'm a stuck up snob who's

face needs serious beating...

Hahaha...

Really...

I get it a lot...

But when they get to know me, they realise that,

"Hey..She's not as bad as I thought.."

Mr Lokman will be going like "yeah rite..not as bad..."

I know I tend to be a pain in e butt...

But who isn't...

Anyway back to what I was saying...

I think that making first impression is really important...

Especially in our kinda conservative culture...

I really pity those who did a mistake by having tattoos all over them...

Don't get me wrong..

I'm not saying that it is acceptable...

In our culture and religion,its definatly not...

However,those who actually have them,may simply like them

as a form of art...

But instead of having the art on canvas,they just put it on their body...

But if these people go for job interviews and stuff,they will

definately get those bad looks from others...

And they'll probably not get the job even if their education

is higher than the one who actually get it...

I just feel that we really need to change the way we look at things...

Don't simply jump to conclusions...

There's another thing that makes me

wonder about Singaporean...

We don't appreciate what we have...

We all keep whining saying that Singapore's

boring,dull and etc,etc,etc....

I'm not being patriotic here but its true...

There's a lot of things that we can do here...

We just need to learn to explore...

Look for something different to do...

Just open your eyes wide and you'll be

surprise with what you find..

Why I feel this way???

Because I learn that

the pasture is not always greener on the other side...

One trip to Bangkok made me realise this...

We are so priviledge to have what we have...

We do not have natural disasters,riots,unstable government...

We ought to be thankful for that...

I witness with my own eyes,

people begging at others feet...

Begging for what little they may get...

So please,quit whinning and be thankful....

My rather long entry seems to not make any sense...

But Like I say earlier,my brains overloaded...

So I tend to talk things that do not make sense...

Hahaha...

I was on my way home from work when I realise something...

One will definately learn something new

everyday just by taking bus rides...

Ok...

Mr Lokman must be going "Is she for real??"

Yup..I'm serious....

Ok..Here's what I learnt today....

As the bus I was in turn into the road at Park Mall,

I saw this two caucasian ladies just chilling out

at the small grass patch between the Douby Ghout MRT station

and the traffic....

Ok it's not that small...

I think about half of the soccer field....

And when I saw chilling out,I really mean chilling out...

One was lying on her back,reading a book and busking in the sun...

The other lady was sitting beside her,reading a book too....

Then I think to myself....

If I were to do so,people walking around will be like

"This person guarantee siao one...So hot still sit under the sun...

Not chowtah(burn) enough ah???"

But if a caucasian were to do the same,

I doubt these people will pass the same remarks...

At the most,they will receive a funny look and stare...

Funny huh how different the reaction will be

when two different person do the same thing...

I guess it's from the upbringing and how it

moulded the way we think and react...

Don't get me wrong,I'm not saying that the

reaction was the wrong one or anything like that....

It's just who We are...

And there's nothing that can change it...

Frankly,I like the way it is....

Hehehehe.....

Okie dokie...

I shall bid my sayonara now...

Want to wash up and then watch Hikmah till I fall asleep...

HAHAHAHA!!!!

I know...I know...

I have not been updating lately...

Mr Lokman must be whining....

Hehehe...

But its not my fault....

Sis been bring the lappy to work for the past few days...

Preparing hectically for her D&D....

She bought this nice white dress...

But it kinda look like sleeping gown to me...

Hehehe...

Let me see if I can remember what I wanna blog about...

Oh ya...

I was in the bus on my way home the other day...

I saw this caucasian couple..A tourist I assume...

I guess they were asking this Ah Pek ,selling newspaper, for direction...

This Ah Pek look seriously lost la....

Then this caucasian couple just walk away....

Then I thought to myself....

If I was around that couple,I would have approached them

and come to their aid...

Really...

I guess it became a habit as I was always around to help

people when they need one...

I guess the habit came from 1 year plus working at McD...

Yeah...

I miss those days...

On second thoughts,I dun think so...

Especially when they approach me just to vent their anger...

I swear after they scold me,I just pass a sarcastic remark...

Its up to them to judge it...

Or I just curse and swear at them...

In my heart that is...

Crazy ah curse and swear at them upfront...

Actually,come to think of it I would...

But just cos I have an image I have to look after,I cant la...

Anyways my lil cousin's really bugging me...

Looks like I have to really sit with him when he

does his homework...
