HAPPY BOXING DAY!!!!!Well,it's 2 years now since the tsunami incident that hit Aceh and other parts of the world...Losing a lot of love ones especially at this time of the year must be really hard for them...My condelences to them...It's a bit late but it is sincere...He3...
All the sad topics aside...Happy happy thoughts now....So how was the Christmas celebration???Must be loads of fun...Wanna know how I spend my Christmas???I spend it at work...Hehehe...Trust me...It was packed from morning till the time I knocked off....Goodness gracious....Yesterday was sunny too so everyone was out and about...So the best place to chill out with the family was the park...Children running around playing in the playground,riding the bikes and blades,mummys and daddys sitting on mats chatting and just having fun...Fun day for them but disasterous day for everyone at my workplace....Everyone was seen running around to get things done...
I'm not trying to mock Singaporeans but its a fact that you can never get Singaporeans to pick up their tray and throw the rubbish in the bin...I'm speaking from experience...I dunno but its as if their hands might break or fracture doing it...Even when there are no other seats,they would rather call on the staff to clear it...That is definately ridiculous...They are just too pampered...They would even rush for free balloons and free child foldable crafts...Oh ya...I forgot...They rush for it cos its free....We need to stop this as it is really embarrasing....
Another incident that happen on Christmas day was this particular customer from China...I am not stereotyping people from China but it was an incident that happen to me...Ok here's what happened...I was taking order using the PDA as the queue was long..So to cut their waiting time,we take order 1st so that the people from the counter would have their order and any special order would already been processed...So I approached this man and ask him what he would like to order....He replied and this was he's exact words "I prefer to order in Chinese..." I was so pissed cos I asked him nicely and he just shoots at me that way...I dun mean to be rude to my customer so I shot back at him "Well sir,obviously I can't speak Mandarin and you can speak English...So have a nice day..."After that I just walked off...A few minutes after he went to his seat,I saw him walking back to the counter area...He wanted to approach me but he hesitated and went to one of my manager who's a Malay...I was there and heard everything...Then when he saw me,he looked embarassed cos he was speaking in English...The point I'm trying to make is that do not go aroud shooting at people who is just trying to help you and boastfully said that you do not want to speak in English...And when you are in trouble,you have to ask them for help right...Haiz...I really do not understand...It is all in a day's work for me...
People are funny and I am bound to meet more of this funny character...Alright...That is all that I can update...This butterfly princess wanna catch her favorite show...Hehehe...Take care and Ariverderchi...
